Mr. Shen Chang was born in a poor peasant family in Qidong. Jiangsu Province, the People's Republic of China on February 17, 1956. He graduated from Plant Protection Faculty of Jiangsu Agricultural University in January 1982. He was promoted to be an agronomist in 1990. Mr. Shen became a specialist researchers and trainer of human science since 1991.

Mr. Shen has distinguished appearance: he has one more hand print and cephalic groove than the ordinary people. According to the traditional Chinese Qigong theory, a human's psychology has direct correlation with his appearance thus the function energy and effectiveness of Mr. Shen's psychological power is much higher than that of the other people. General Zhang Zhenhuan, the Director General of China Human Science Association, warmly praised the achievement of Mr. Shen in 1993. He thinks the practical achievement of Mr. Shen is as great as the theoretical achievement of Mr. Qian Xuesen, a famous Chinese physicist who advanced human science theory in China. Mr. Shen's human science and technology is mainly developed on the basis of the original meaning of thinking, ideology, imagination and imaginative power. As the originator of human science and technology in China, Mr. Shen strives to promote such a new concept to the public, which benefits a lot of people in the world.

Mr. Shen Chang is a special member of China Qigong Science Research Association and a member of China Medical and Qigong Science Association. Mr. Shen compiled and published several works in the past several years, including Shen Chang Human Science and Technology and Theory and Practice of Shen Chang Human Science and Technology in 1993. and Scientific Achievement of Shen Chang Human Science and Technology in 1997.

Mr. Shen held a technical seminar and demonstration at Designing institute affiliated to Beijing Commission for Science, Technology & Industry for National Defense on December 10, 1993, which attracted over 1,000 audience. A total of 56 doctors organized a notary team to monitor the curative effects of Mr. Shen's human science and technology on breast tumor. According to a mini sample survey on the audience, with coverage of 79 persons, tumor cells in 49 patients' bodies have been completely eliminated, while another 24 patients saw the tumor cells in their bodies being effectively controlled. Forty-five days later, all these patients have attended a physical examination, which proved the high curative effectiveness of Mr. Shen's human science and technology. The above technical demonstration has been recorded by Life Science Probe production unit already. This video-tape is now available at nearly all the book-stores in China. Such kind of technical demonstration was held, under the monitoring of medical instruments, at Research institute of Biological Engineering-affiliated to Shanghai Tongji University on June 5. 1996. Which confirmed that excellent curative effectiveness of Mr. Shen's human science and technology practice again.

Currently, there are about 1,000 technical promotional centers of Mr. Shen’s human science and technology in China, over 1 million people have regained their health with the assistance of Mr. Shen's technology.
