Lianchan was born in the City of Chongqing on June 10, 1957. Helived in begging without
family until he followed a stranger to hermit to the Changbai Mountain. From then on, Mr.
Nan exercised hard directed by his teacher. After his peaceful exercise (named as Pigu)
for ninety days, he finished the rebuilding of his own life. Since his teacher passed away, Mr. Nan began to travel all over the world to comprehend the human life. At the same time, he training a series of Gongfa including Wuji Internal Gong, Wuji Box, Wuji Sword and Knife. Mixing the methods of Buddhism, Taoism, Rujia, Wujia and Medicine together, he formulated intelligently a natural healthcare method including all phenomena. The China Yuanrong Healthcare Method, shorten as Yuanrong Gong, is based on the opinion of Yuanrong healthcare. The Gong first raises the concept of Yuan which thinks that sources of all creatures are integration of the yin and yang and are the mother of universe. And whenever and wherever it is able to breed and combine all the things. Fundamentally, entering the state of Yuanrong means to go wonderfully back to the integration of universe and human. The Yuanrong Gong can be summarized that based on the virtual space, it combines the internal and external universe to strong the human ability and clean the heart to be a real man. The Gong is divided into the junior, middle and senior levels. The junior level is to understand the small universe by your heart initially; The middle one is to travel the universe; And the senior one is to integrate the great universe. The movement of the Gong including sitting, standing, moving and sleeping from the static to dynamic then to the real static. After a long exercise, it can help to treat diseases, strengthen health to prolong the life. To exercise the Yuanrong Gong don't need introduction and isn't limited by the time, place and direction. From October of 1989 Mr. Nan Lianchan began to teach the Yuanrong Gong to treat diseases for the people.
