Teacher Jiang Dechang was born in Xianju County, Zhejiang in 1940. Now he is an honorary director and senior researcher of the Eastern No-Medicine Therapy Research Society affiliated to the China Qigong Science Research Society, a member of the China Developing Intelligence and Fitting Health Gong Research General Society, the member of the Qilin Fitting Health Center Special Committee of Deyang City of Sichuan Province and a teacher on the fitting health technique. Mr. Jiang Dechang exercised the China Developing Intelligence and Fitting Health Gong following Teacher Zhang Hongbao. The Gong is a new method and achieves greatly on advancing the development of the life science with distinct resource, complete theory, scientific method. After entering the middle level exercise, Mr. Jiang has been keeping treating diseases and making the Gong grand around the people based his goodness. During his treating diseases and teaching the Gong, he induces and trains the experts with all kinds of extraordinary functions. For his contribution to the work of the China Qigong fitting health, he was awarded for many times by the governments concerned of provinces and cities. Through the exercising, he has many extraordinary functions, such as remote testament, remote sensation, remote diagnosis, remote treatment, arrangement and control of the Qi-field under different environments, attacking vital points by Qigong, etc. which are usually used in the middle level exercising. By correspondence Mr. Jiang had also studied more than six methods and theories on diagnosing and treating diseases by Qigong, including the Zhuyoushisanke of the traditional Chinese medical, the Kongjing Qigong, the Attacking Vital Points Qigong, the electric Qigong, the technique of fitting health by Qigong, anatomy, and so on.
